Our distinctive menu was specially designed by Chef Manuel Rivera, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and has over seven years of experience in culinary arts, hospitality, and fine-dining in distinguished Miami locations. Over the course of the years, he has mastered the art of preparing unique plates, at reduced costs without compromising on quality or taste. Chef Manny’s main focus is to be able to provide original, healthy, yet spot-hitting dishes in a short time-frame.
